Editorial Policy
Editorial Policy
Editorial Independence: The editorial process is steered by the ethics of fairness, impartiality, and transparency. Decisions to accept or reject a manuscript are based exclusively on scholarly merit and relevance to the journal's scope and are completely independent of the author's background or institutional affiliation.
Peer Review Process: The journal is a double-blind peer review system. Each manuscript is reviewed by a minimum of two independent assessors. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and disclose any conflicts of interest. The editorial office reserves the right to return improperly formatted manuscripts before peer review.
Manuscript Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted following the Journal's Author Guidelines, which include formatting, referencing, ethical declarations, and data availability requirements.
Decision and Publication Timeline: The average timeline for initial editorial decisions is 4-6 weeks from the manuscript is received. Accepted manuscripts are published online and/or in print, based on the journal's publication schedule.
Appeals and Complaints
Authors who may appeal a rejection or make a complaint. Such should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. All appeals will be considered based on scientific justification and reviewed by an independent editorial member.
Ethical Oversight: Authors, reviewers, and editors must uphold integrity, objectivity, and transparency. Misconduct allegations, including duplicate publication or unethical research practices, will be investigated thoroughly.
Plagiarism
The journal enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy and employs professional plagiarism detection software for every submitted manuscript.

Manuscripts with minor overlaps (below the threshold) may be returned to the authors for revision. Any submission exceeding the similarity threshold will be automatically rejected or sent back for major revision.
If plagiarism is detected after publication, the article will be retracted and a retraction notice issued. The journal may notify the author's institution, funding agencies, and indexing bodies.
Authors' Responsibility: Authors are responsible for the originality of their work and must properly cite all referenced content, ensure that submitted work is not under review elsewhere, and declare any use of previously published material, including conference proceedings.
